Biorad Proteon XPR36

The Bio-Rad Proteon XPR36 is a high throughput (up to 2 x 96 samples per run), high sensitivity automated 36 point array based surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectroscopy machine for the study of molecular interactions (protein-protein, RNA/DNA-protein, Antibody-Antigen, Nucleic Acid-Nucleic Acid, Aptamer-Protein/Nucleic acid and small molecule-protein interactions). It allows for label-free interaction analysis for the determination of kinetic, equilibrium affinity and thermodynamic interaction data.
