Supplier:
Biorad Proteon XPR36

The Bio-Rad Proteon XPR36 is a high throughput (up to 2 x 96 samples per run), high sensitivity automated 36 point array based surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectroscopy machine for the study of molecular interactions (protein-protein, RNA/DNA-protein, Antibody-Antigen, Nucleic Acid-Nucleic Acid, Aptamer-Protein/Nucleic acid and small molecule-protein interactions). It allows for label-free interaction analysis for the determination of kinetic, equilibrium affinity and thermodynamic interaction data. The Proteon XPR36 is s biosensor system utilising a unique 6 x 6 parallel flow cell system. Separates ligands or different immobilisation levels of the same ligand may be immobilised (including controls). Up to 182 samples (2 x 96 well plate formats) may be processed in the Bio-Rad Proteon XPR36. Furthermore, the system provides unique reference controls that allow for the side-by-side real-time comparison of test interactions with positive and negative controls.
