The Axon GenePI X4000B Microarray Plate Scanner has a dual laser (532nm and 635nm), single pass scan unit with Cy3 and Cy5 emission filters, 5nm to 100nm spot resolution, and single slide (22x71.5mm) sample platform, supplied with data acquisition software for scanning of microarray slides to study genome-wide gene expression, protein distribution and chromatin compaction. Typhoon Trio Imager with software for the multicolour scanning of 2-dimensional electrophoresis gels of Cy2/3/5 labelled proteins for the analysis (including differential analysis) of synthesis level and covalent modification state of all proteins in an organism.
