Molecular Dynamics and GE Amersham Axon GenePI X4000B and GE Amersham Typhoon Trio

The Axon GenePI X4000B Microarray Plate Scanner has a dual laser (532nm and 635nm), single pass scan unit with Cy3 and Cy5 emission filters, 5nm to 100nm spot resolution, and single slide (22x71.5mm) sample platform, supplied with data acquisition software for scanning of microarray slides to study genome-wide gene expression, protein distribution and chromatin compaction.
