Bruker 80 V FTIR and Raman with Closed Cycle Helium Cryostat Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR)

Model:
80 V FTIR and Raman with Closed Cycle Helium Cryostat
Manufacturer:

The Bruker 80 V FTIR/Raman system can perform spectroscopy measurements in the wavenumber range of 10 - 50,000 cm-1 (1,000 - 0.2 micrometer) with a resolution of 0.2 cm-1 . The instrument is fitted with a FTIR microscope, as well as a Raman microscope, allowing for micro-analysis of samples. The instrument also has a closed-cycle helium cryostat for measurements from room temperature down to a low of 10 K. It is currently the only one of its kind in the world.
