Roche 454 GS Junior System

The GS Junior System brings high-throughput sequencing directly to the laboratory benchtop. Sequence over 35 million bases per instrument run and obtain sequencing read averaging 400 bases in length with GS Junior titanium series kit. The GS Junior system offers kits and protocols for whole genome shotgun, multi-span paired and, amplicon and cDNA sequencing, as well as sample multiplexing. The system is ideally suited for de novo sequencing of microbial genomes, high-resolution genotyping, targeted human sequencing of disease-associated genes or genomic regions, transcriptome sequencing, metagenomics and more.
