It is equipped with Smart Tracking Position System for sample navigation, magnification to 650 000x, Scanning Transmission Mode (STEM), micro/nanoprobe modes, chromatic error correction system giving sharp, high quality images even for thick samples, airlock oil-free pumping to reduce contamination, low dose operation for nanoparticle-polymer composites, good diffraction and tilt range, etc.
