ProteOn XPR36

ProteOn XPR36 Protein Interaction Array System

Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) is a powerful state-of -the-art  molecular technique that enables the advance of measure of bimolecular interactions in real-time in a label-free environment. The PorteOn XPR36 instrument provides sensitive and accurate kinetic and steady-state real time data on the ability of a biomolecule of interest to interact with cognate surface immobilised binding partner. While the interactants is immobilised to the sensor surface (e.g a gold chip), the other is free in solution, and passed over the surface.
