The DSCI and High Pressure DSC827 provides rapid and precise determinations of transition temperatures using minimal amounts of a sample. The equipment is capable of characterising thermal transformations and properties that affect time or temperature dependent heat flow to a sample or material. Such properties include melting, crystallization, other phase- and glass transitions, heat capacity, chemical reactions and evaporation. Mettler Toledo Thermal Analysis System consisting of STARe Software TGA/STDTA1600 oC DSC 822e/400 modular unit, DSC 827e High Pressure modular unit

The METLER-Toledo Thermal Analysis System allows for simultaneous thermographic and differential thermal analyses as well as differential scanning calorimetry. These capabilities are required to study phase changes of liquid crystals, drugs, catalysts and polymers between 80°C and 500°C as well as between ambient and 1500°C (clays/alloys), under high pressure and under inert atmosphere (generated by the nitrogen gas generator) in a glove box.

Mettler Toledo RC1su MP10 HC RTCaITM Reactor Package with RCIr45m and accessories

The Mettler Toledo RC1su MP10 HC RTCalTM  is a medium pressure RC1 reactor with real time calorimetric capabilities (the RTCalTM capability)  to measure thermodynamic reaction enthalpies under pressure up to 10 bar (the MP 10 HC rating), and high pressure Infrared reaction detection detection capability, the RCIr45 module, that allows us to measure the reaction progress with time during the course of the calorimetric measurements.

Mettler Toledo Microbalance

The Mettler microbalances is designed to reach highest measurement performances; e.g. show the best repeatability values. The ideal solution when the absolute minimum weight is required. It offers a capacity of up to 6 g with 0.0001 mg readability or up to 52 g with 0.001 mg readability, these balances are ideal for weighing smallest sample amounts to significantly safe cost – particularly when using valuable materials.
