Heinz Walz DUAL PAM 100
The PAM fluorometer is a device for measuring modulated chlorophyll-a (chl-a) fluorescence in the background of high light intensities. This is a very useful tool for the non-invasive determinations of photosynthetic electron transport rates (ETR) (i.e. an estimate of the light reaction of photosynthesis of plant and microalgal cells).
