The ABI 3130 Genetic Analyzer and RT-PCR Instrument comprises of a 4 capillary 3130 Genetic Analyzer which is a fluorescence-based capillary electrophoresis system. It functions on a continuous 24 hour basis with fully automated polymer delivery, sample injection, separation, detection and data analysis.
