SMM Instrument Pty/Ltd Agilent-Cary 5000 UV/VIS/Near IR Spectrometer Infra-Red Spectrometer (IR)

The spectrometer has the ability to measure continually in a wavelength range of 175nm to 3300nm. Current attachments available for the instrument are:

i) Transmission for optical films as well as cuvettes for liquid samples

ii) Variable angle reflectance accessory (reflectance from 20 to 70 degree)

iii) Accessory to measure diffuse reflectance and transmittance spectra
