Leybold Heraeus Vacuum Induction Furnace Vacuum Induction Furnace

Vacuum Induction Furnaces (VIF) are developed for the processing of specialised and exotic alloys. It is used for refining high purity metals and alloys, as well as electrodes. The VIF operates in a hydrogen-argon atmosphere and at a minimum atmospheric pressure of 1E-6 mm Hg.
