The GeneChip® Scanner 3000 Targeted Genotyping System is designed for use with Affymetrix GeneChip® Custom Genotyping assays and GeneChip® probe arrays. The system includes the GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G Plus with AutoLoader, two Fluidics Station 450s, two Hybridization Oven 640, a powerful computer workstation with quad-core Xeon processors loaded with Affymetrix GeneChip Command Console Software (AGCC), pre-amp and post-amp workstations with GeneChip® Targeted Genotyping Analysis Software and a 2D handheld barcode reader with each workstation.
