FlowCAM Imaging Particle Analyzer Particle size analyser

FlowCAM (Imaging Particle Analyzer) is an instrument of proprietary technology developed to take images of microscopic particles in water. For this application, it is to be equipped with a 488 nm laser for the purpose of detecting chlorophyll in algal cells as well as various fluorescing stains and markers. In addition to the laser, the instrument is equipped with the following: high resolution colour camera, various magnification of objectives, an integrated computer, monitor, keyboard, and proprietary software for the purpose of instrument operation and the post-processing of image data.
