The Chirascan Plus is a new generation instrument for steady-state circular dischroism spectroscopy, which have an innovative optical design to maximise light throughput, particularly in the far-UV, combined with a data acquisition system for rapid collection of highly accurate and precise CD spectra as well as UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra. Chirascan’s digital system allows the acquisition of unmodified undistorted CD, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra.
