Announcement of the 2012/13 NSTF-BHP Billiton Award Winners
Outstanding contributions to science, engineering, technology and innovation (SETI) were acknowledged at the 15th NSTF-BHP Billiton Awards gala dinner held in Gauteng on 27 June 2013. Twelve awards were presented by the Honourable Minister of Science and Technology, Mr Derek Hanekom. Winners in the respective categories are:

To an Individual for an outstanding contribution to SETI over a lifetime
