The ABI3730xl ABI7900 RotorGene 6000 HRMGlomax96 is a 96 capillary DNA sequencing instrument that allows for this simultaneous analysis of 96 samples. The ABI7900 is a Real Time PCR instrument that is used for simultaneous analysis of 96 or 384 samples in standard plate format or 1 to 8 samples in the TLDA format. The instrument can detect multiple dyes simultaneously which makes it ideal for both SNP detection and copy number determination. The RotorGene 6000 is a tube based Real Time PCR instrument that allows for the simultaneous analysis of 36 to 72 samples in separate tubes. The instrument can detect fluorescent labels in 5 channels making it ideal for both SNP detection and copy number determination of smaller sample sets. The HRM capabilities allows for the detection of novel SNPs in samples. Glomax96 is a 96 well based luminometer with injector that is used for Luciferase reporter assays.
