The Vevo 2100® provides researchers the flexibility to conduct longitudinal studies on a range of models including the mouse, rat, zebra fish, and rabbit. These models play an important role in translating research from the laboratory to clinical applicability. It offers a wide field of view, broad depth of focus and multiple focal zones to allow the imaging of as yet unvisualised structures. It is envisaged that the in vitro and ex vivo capabilities of the system will also be explored. Cellvizio® Lab is a high definition, fluorescence in vivo optical imaging system for the observation and quantification of physiological phenomena at the cellular and sub-cellular levels in vivo in laboratory animal subjects. Cellvizio® has a wide range of applications and fits in a diverse array of laboratory environments ranging from basic science to therapeutic research to preclinical testing and applies to a wide range of applications.
