The FLUOstar OPTIMA ABS absorbance microplate reader allows users the flexibility to upgrade to detect fluorescence and luminescence. It allows one-click calculation of DNA concentrations, standard curve plots, error bars, standard deviations, IC50 / EC50s, live-dead ratios and Vmax and Km for enzyme kinetic calculations. Users will no longer have to print their data and enter it into another format or create their own standard curves in a dedicated data analysis software. After data is analyzed, it is only a simple one-step process to any data from the FLUOstar OPTIMA ABS absorbance microplate reader into Microsoft Excel
