Ulvac PHI PHI 700 Nano Scanning Auger Microprobe (NanoSAM)

The Nano Scanning Auger Microprobe (nanoSAM) is the state of the art performance Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES) system that provides elemental and chemical state information of sample surfaces, thin films and interfaces. Ideally suited for the analytical lab, it offers innovations that allow for the analysis of rough sample surfaces, multi-layered structures, nanoparticles and fractured surfaces. The uniqueness of the system is the high resolution (<10nm), which make it ideally suited for nanotechnology research.
