TVIPS Model 895 Ultra scan 400 CCD Camera Package for FEG-TEM

The CCD camera package which was installed on the FEGTEM includes a 4K x 4K (16 megapixel) high quality camera for data collection and a faster low resolution camera which allows the user to monitor the image and its FFT in real-time for focusing purposes.
