Quantachrome Sub-ambient Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) - Thermal Analysis Q2000 with LNCS Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC)

The Sub-ambient Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) measures energy fluxes associated with phase changes. This is particularly important in the field of cryobiology, where transitions among the water–ice–vitrified phases are critical to the survival of material exposed to low temperatures.

Quantachrome Autosorb iQ

The autosorb iQ is a 2 station physisorption and 1 station chemisorption instrument. It contains 2 de-gassing stations and a TCD controller. It operates by measuring the quantity of gas adsorbed onto or desorbed from a solid surface at some equilibrium vapor pressure by the static volumetric method. The data are obtained by a admitting or removing a known quantity of adsorptive gas into or out of the sample cell containing the solid adsorbent at a constant temperature below the critical temperature of the adsorbate.
