Gatan Inc. Quantum Imaging Filter and Tomography System - GIF Quantum

The Gatan Image Filter (GIF) is mounted below the TEM camera chamber and it allows the capability of energy-filtered imaging, compositional mapping and and TEM image contrast enhancement by filtering (removing) of inelastically scattered electrons.
