Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM) with cathodoluminescene spectrometer JSM-7800F Electron microscope

This is field emission gun scanning electron microscope fitted with Gatan monoCL for imaging and spectroscopy, and EDS for chemical composition analysis. The microscope is fitted with Schottky field emission gun (T-FEG), and super hybrid lenses combining a magnetic field lens with an electrostatic lens. This combination provides a superb effect equivalent to the aberration-correction effect, and hence improved resolution.
