Backscatter BSE detector Retractable

Backscatter electron detector, equipped with first class YAG scintillation monocrystal mounted on high-speed light guide. It allows users to acquire high quality images also for high scanning speeds. BSE Detectors are used to view the atom weight contrast in a sample, making them almost essential for EDS techniques.
