Anton Paar GmbH Small-angle X-ray Scattering System (SAXS)

Small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) is an established method in nanostructure analysis for investigating the relationships between the structure of a material and its physical, chemical and biological properties. SAXS enables investigation into structures in the order of magnitude from 1 to 100 nm in a wide range of materials.
